This is a question that author and professional race-grifter Robin DiAngelo seeks to answer in a presentation that is being given to various school districts. The content of the training appears to be designed to further indoctrinate educators and school staff into so-called progressive ideas about race so they can influence the minds of their young students to embrace this ideology.
Ian Prior, executive director of Fight for Schools, posted a tweet showing screenshots of the training. DiAngelo begins by writing:
I have spent years studying what it means to be white in a society that proclaims race meaningless, yet is deeply divided by race. This is what I have learned: ANY White person living in the United States will develop opinions about race simply by swimming in the water of our culture.
