A judge has agreed to delay the sentencing date for Hunter Biden’s convictions on felony gun charges.
The sentencing has now been pushed back to December, according to a Thursday order.
Judge Maryellen Noreika granted Hunter Biden’s request to postpone his sentencing.
The hearing, initially scheduled for November 13, has now been moved to December 4.
Biden’s attorney told the judge this week they needed more time to prepare.
