Judge Delays Hunter Biden’s Sentencing Hearing until December

A judge has agreed to delay the sentencing date for Hunter Biden’s convictions on felony gun charges.

The sentencing has now been pushed back to December, according to a Thursday order.

Judge Maryellen Noreika granted Hunter Biden’s request to postpone his sentencing.

The hearing, initially scheduled for November 13, has now been moved to December 4.

Biden’s attorney told the judge this week they needed more time to prepare.

They cited other deadlines in Biden’s civil cases and noted several individuals who plan to submit letters on his behalf are busy. […]
