Daniel Penny is standing trial for reasons that should have never made it in the courtroom, as some have argued he saved many lives that day. However, in NYC the justice system is not what one would call “just” and this “White man” is being prosecuted for protecting strangers from unhinged, dangerous lunatics rather than being labeled as the hero that he is.
