Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) gave CNN anchor Dana Bash no quarter when she attempted to lay the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan at form President Donald Trump’s feet: “It’s a bunch of B.S.”
Bash argued that President Joe Biden was simply following through on a deal that Trump had put into place before he left the White House, but Waltz quickly pushed back, noting that the deal Trump made had been conditional and the Biden-Harris administration had pushed ahead even after the Taliban stood in violation of those conditions.

“As you well know, the Trump administration negotiated the withdrawal agreement from Afghanistan with the Taliban and the State Department —” Bash began, but Waltz stopped her cold.
