A common misunderstanding among some people is that the 1st Amendment protects free speech for Americans. In reality, the 1st Amendment prevents GOVERNMENT from stifling free speech. Lords of a domain are able to regulate speech within their own domain. For example, a private business owner can prohibit cursing on their property and the 1st Amendment would not apply.
This has been the common argument by those who have defended censorship on “platforms” such as Twitter. That argument has been countered in recent months with revelations that government prompted Twitter to engage in quashing certain ideas. Last night’s “Twitter Files” completely obliterated the argument forever.
As Elon Musk noted:
If this isn’t a violation of the Constitution’s First Amendment, what is?

The real question is whether there will be repercussions. At Twitter itself, there already have been. But the real deviants in this whole mess are the government officials who annihilated their oath to defend the Constitution by ripping it to shreds for political gain.

What Would You Do If Pharmacies Couldn’t Provide You With Crucial Medications or Antibiotics?
The medication supply chain from China and India is more fragile than ever since Covid. The US is not equipped to handle our pharmaceutical needs. We’ve already seen shortages with antibiotics and other medications in recent months and pharmaceutical challenges are becoming more frequent today.
Our partners at Jase Medical offer a simple solution for Americans to be prepared in case things go south. Their “Jase Case” gives Americans emergency antibiotics they can store away while their “Jase Daily” offers a wide array of prescription drugs to treat the ailments most common to Americans.
They do this through a process that embraces medical freedom. Their secure online form allows board-certified physicians to prescribe the needed drugs. They are then delivered directly to the customer from their pharmacy network. The physicians are available to answer treatment related questions.
What Elon released is just the tip of the iceberg. There are much more nefarious communication between FBI/CIA and Tweeter. Which is much more disgusting. The question now is what Americans can do to rescue America from her tyrants?
