ADVERTISEMENT Doug Mastriano released a graphic new ad on Thursday night which slammed his Democratic gubernatorial opponent Josh Shapiro and Biden administration official Rachel Levine’s radical agenda of sexualizing Pennsylvania children and supporting gender surgeries for minors.
