I have been advised not to comment on the issues until I have taken control of Prepper Beef, but another sleepless night compels me to reach out. Before I start, I want you to know that I have not read your Twitter posts or watched you videos; everything I know about your situation is being relayed to me so if I don’t address any specific issues I apologies. I am not mentally conditioned to handle this level of adversity and for that I apologize.
First, I need to dispel some rumors. I am a podcaster who makes my living off of affiliates. I’m not some rich dude who owns, well, anything. I rent my house. I have two vehicles that I bought with cash. I don’t own any land and my only “investments” are from sweat equity I’ve put in for Prepper Beef the last three years. I have been paid exactly ZERO dollars in compensation for my efforts, just a junior stake in the company that has amounted to nothing.
I heard there’s a rumor I am part owner of Genesis Gold Group. This is laughable. I’m an affiliate. I’m not even an employee, let alone someone who owns a single share of their stock or whatever they have. I was asked to handle Jim White and I did so as a favor because nobody else wanted to. He cut off communications with me months ago and apparently has a grudge against me for how I treated him.
I am in the process of trying to “take back” control of Prepper Beef between me and the original two owners, removing the current primary owner and the people who handle the purse strings. As soon as I do, which I’m hoping to have done by Christmas, I will begin the process of either rebuilding the company and repaying all of our debts or liquidating and repaying as much of our debts as possible.
Up until you alerted me weeks ago that there was a problem with the affiliate payouts I was completely in the dark. At the time I asked my contact in accounting for the money that was owed to be paid and I was told that it would be. I looked for discrepancies in sales that you had mentioned with the limited access I have to the accounting through ShipStation and saw there was a gap in sales for several days, but this gap turned out to just be slow sales days.
At this time I do not see any foul play, just a very poorly run business that stopped paying affiliates when they ran out of money. When I get access to the “keys to the castle” I will dig deeper but as of now I don’t see anything other than a company in debt.

My biggest failures here were not paying enough attention and then not communicating properly. It’s a character flaw; I told the people who controlled the finances to make the payouts and when it didn’t happen I stuck my head in the sand. It was nice to play “big shot company owner” based on my sweat equity shares but now I realize I’ve been used as a face playing a part without getting paid a penny and taking all the bullets.
I have had a meeting with the other two junior partners about plans for the company once we get control back. They are good guys and we are all in agreement that top priority is paying back the affiliates. At that point it is my intention to become 51% owner and actual CEO instead of a figurehead leader.
The fastest path to make everyone whole is for me to take control of the company, rebuild revenue, pay off our debts, and go back to doing the right things as we were doing originally. The last year has been damaging to us and our affiliates. Lives have been hurt and it is my fault for sticking my head in the sand over it all.
I am truly sorry for the pain I’ve caused you. If you want to discuss over the phone I am open.
What Would You Do If Pharmacies Couldn’t Provide You With Crucial Medications or Antibiotics?
The medication supply chain from China and India is more fragile than ever since Covid. The US is not equipped to handle our pharmaceutical needs. We’ve already seen shortages with antibiotics and other medications in recent months and pharmaceutical challenges are becoming more frequent today.
Our partners at Jase Medical offer a simple solution for Americans to be prepared in case things go south. Their “Jase Case” gives Americans emergency antibiotics they can store away while their “Jase Daily” offers a wide array of prescription drugs to treat the ailments most common to Americans.
They do this through a process that embraces medical freedom. Their secure online form allows board-certified physicians to prescribe the needed drugs. They are then delivered directly to the customer from their pharmacy network. The physicians are available to answer treatment related questions.
