Marly Hornik, representing United Sovereign Americans, appeared on Friday’s WarRoom program with Ben Harnwell and discussed a significant legal appeal focused on cleaning up voter registration lists before the 2024 election.
Hornik discussed explosive findings from the 2022 election cycle. According to Hornik, data analysis uncovered that over 3.5 million voter registrations across multiple states failed to meet legal standards of validity.
“These are registrations that don’t meet any standard of legal validity or eligibility according to the state’s own records,” Hornik stated.
The analysis, carried out by volunteer auditors, found discrepancies such as invalid birthdates, duplicate records, and registrations for individuals who could not be alive. Hornik emphasized the importance of addressing these errors, arguing that the inaccuracies found go beyond typical human mistakes and raise concerns about election integrity.
North Carolina Among Key States Facing Legal Action
Hornik highlighted that the legal appeal covers nine states: North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida, Texas, Michigan, Maryland, Georgia, and Colorado.
