The activist media is still pushing their favored “coup” narrative, and former President Donald Trump isn’t having it. In the latest episode of “let’s pretend Trump is a fascist,” various news outlets are using an upcoming book written by left-wing journalists to paint the former president as a deranged evil genius who was intent on keeping power at all costs.
Article by Jeff Charles from Liberty Nation.
Central to this narrative is Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Gen. Mark Milley, who was supposedly worried that Trump would attempt to use the military to tighten his grip on the Oval Office after the 2020 election. However, it seems these renewed allegations are nothing more than the usual fashionable fearmongering people have come to expect from the activist media.
The Gospel Of The Fuehrer?
CNN recently published a piece discussing excerpts from an upcoming book written about the final year of the Trump administration by two media activists who worked for a prominent Washington newspaper. The book contains quotes from various high-profile officials in the White House and other areas of the federal government.
The piece hones in on comments allegedly made by Gen. Milley after the results of the November election and indicates that he was supposedly so worried that Trump would launch a coup that he and other officials mapped out ways to prevent this from occurring.
“They may try, but they’re not going to f–king succeed,” Milley allegedly told deputies. “You can’t do this without the military. You can’t do this without the CIA and the FBI. We’re the guys with the guns.” The general was also reportedly concerned that the former president was stoking unrest. “Milley told his staff that he believed Trump was stoking unrest, possibly in hopes of an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act and call out the military,” the authors wrote.
Of course, no piece of left-wing propaganda would be complete without gratuitous Hitler references. According to the authors, Milley compared Trump to “the classic authoritarian leader with nothing to lose” and alluded to similarities between the president and Adolph Hitler. “This is a Reichstag moment,” Milley reportedly told members of his staff. “The gospel of the Fuehrer.”
Trump Savages Milley
On Thursday, President Trump lashed out at Gen. Milley and pushed back against allegations that he would stage a coup attempt. “I never threatened, or spoke about, to anyone, a coup of our Government,” Trump said in a written statement. “So ridiculous! Sorry to inform you, but an Election is my form of ‘coup,’ and if I was going to do a coup, one of the last people I would want to do it with is General Mark Milley. He got his job only because the world’s most overrated general, James Mattis, could not stand him, had no respect for him, and would not recommend him.”
The former president continued, explaining that he lost respect for the general after the St. John’s Church incident. He wrote:
“Milley choked like a dog in front of the Fake News when they told him they thought he should not have been walking with the President, which turned out to be incorrect. He apologized profusely, making it a big story, instead of saying I am proud to walk with and protect the President of the United States. Had he said that, it would have all been over, no big deal, but I saw at that moment he had no courage or skill, certainly not the type of person I would be talking ‘coup’ with.”
Will They Ever Learn?
It seems that every “tell-all” book about the Trump administration eventually ends up in the septic tank of history. One might remember the Fire and Fury fiasco that had the left all in a tizzy until Michael Wolff was thoroughly discredited. The lives of these books all tend to travel a similar road. First, they generate manufactured buzz on the left. Then, giddy media activists swamp their audiences with a deluge of frantic commentary resembling the gossip of teenage girls at a slumber party. Finally, it dies a slow death, after which its corpse is summarily tossed into a literary pauper’s grave, never to be seen or heard from again.
This upcoming book will meet the same fate as it will only appeal to those who already wish to believe every single sordid detail. In the end, the left will binge on the furor this piece of propaganda is meant to incite until they experience a crash similar to that of a bad acid trip. Meanwhile, the rest of the nation will respond as any normal person would; with a yawn.

New Conservative Network Seeks Crowdfunding Help
They say we have to go big or go home. We’re trying to go big and bring the patriotic truth the the nation, but we need help.
Readers may or may not realize that over the past year, we’ve been bringing more conservative news and opinion outlets under our wing. Don’t take our expansion as a sign of riches; all of the “acquisitions” have been through sweat and promises of greater things to come for all involved. As a result, we’ve been able to bring together several independent media sites under a unified vision of preventing America from succumbing to the progressive, “woke,” Neo-Marxist ideologies that are spreading like wildfire across America.
The slow and steady reopening of America is revealing there was a lot more economic hardship brought about from the Covd-19 lockdowns than most realize. While we continue to hope advertising dollars on the sites go up, it’s simply not enough to do things the right way. We are currently experiencing a gap between revenue and expenses that cannot be overcome by click-ads and MyPillow promos alone (promo code “NOQ” by the way).
To overcome our revenue gap and keep these sites running, our needs fluctuate between $3000-$7000 per month. In other words, we’re in the red and hemorrhaging.
The best way you can help us grow and continue to bring the truth to the people is by donating. We appreciate everything, whether a dollar or $10,000. Anything brings us closer to a point of stability when we can hire writers, editors, and support staff to make the America First message louder. Our Giving Fuel page makes it easy to donate one-time or monthly. Alternatively, you can donate through PayPal as well.
As the world spirals towards radical progressivism, the need for truthful journalism has never been greater. But in these times, we need as many conservative media voices as possible. Please help keep NOQ Report and the other sites in the network going.
Thank you and God Bless,
JD Rucker
